Nigel qualified as a solicitor in 1982 and is a director of the company. He is an experienced advocate in the Magistrates’ Court, regularly dealing with trials, sentencing and all other types of hearing. He manages cases both in the Magistrates’ Court and the Crown Court, ranging from the most serious (for example, murder, serious sexual offences and drugs cases) to cases carrying less severe penalties but which can have very serious consequences for the individual charged. Nigel supervises the criminal defence work carried out by the firm. He is a Duty Solicitor and holds The Law Society Criminal Litigation accreditation.
In addition Nigel has extensive experience in all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing and property law.
